Found & Formed

This is a found deer antler that was intentionally manipulated and shaped into something more refined and resolved. My intent was to highlight the organic twist of the deer antler and bring attention to the natural growth of the appendage. By simplifying the shape to a two sided form I created a symmetrically bilateral shape that flowed through the antler - giving the antler a primitive coherent form.

Comfortable

I make objects to satisfy and complement the hand.
